Welcome to Pune Taino Coffee! We’re committed to delivering high-quality coffee and products to your door in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping for our products.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping is available for orders with two or more items purchased.
  • For orders with fewer than two items, standard shipping rates will apply, calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • We offer shipping via Ground and Air delivery services.
  • Estimated delivery times are as follows:
    • Standard shipping: 2-15 business days (depending on location).
    • Expedited shipping (Air): Faster options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to the following locations:
    • United States
    • Puerto Rico

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

5. International Orders

  • International shipping is available and will be charged based on the destination and shipping carrier rates.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost or delayed shipments will be handled directly by the shipping company. We will assist in providing information and support to resolve these issues.
